Attorney Cappuccio was born and raised in Merrimack, New Hampshire, where she still calls home. Attorney Cappuccio focused predominantly on family law while working as an associate at a general practice law firm in Southern New Hampshire handling all aspects of proceedings for clients facing divorce, parenting, post-divorce, and domestic violence litigation. She also assisted clients in the preparation of prenuptial agreements. Prior to that, Attorney Cappuccio was employed as an associate in Lowell, Massachusetts, where she gained experience in conducting criminal defense and social security disability matters. Attorney Cappuccio joined the McGrath Law Firm team to continue in her endeavors to provide quality family law representation within the state of New Hampshire.
Attorney Cappuccio graduated from the University of Connecticut where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics. After college, she spent two years working in a support role with a general practice law firm in Concord, New Hampshire before pursuing a legal education.
Attorney Cappuccio earned her Juris Doctorate from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C. During the time she attended law school, Attorney Cappuccio interned with the Mid-Atlantic chapter of the Innocence Project, the Montgomery County Office of the Public Defender in Maryland, as well as the State’s Attorney’s Office for Montgomery County. Attorney Cappuccio returned to work as a volunteer attorney with the Public Defender’s Office after passing the Maryland Bar exam. After returning to New Hampshire, Attorney Cappuccio successfully passed the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bar exams simultaneously in 2012.
Attorney Cappuccio is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in New Hampshire as well as the state courts in Massachusetts. She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association, and the New Hampshire Association for Justice.
Attorney Cappuccio is regularly available for one-time 60-minute consultations for persons seeking guidance and options in the face of perplexing legal issues.
