McGrath Law Firm investigating batteries used in Vaporizer

McGrath Law Firm is investigating the batteries used in vaporizers sold in an ordinary smoke shop and further the possible responsibility and failure to warn by the smoke shop manufacturer of the battery and pipe.
Recently, Matthew Gilson, a 26 year old machinist from the Lakes Region who was using a vaporizer in an effort to quit smoking.  However, when he put the battery of the vaporizer in his pocket, it blew up.  As a result, he has been hospitalized and gone through two surgeries to date and is expected to remain in the hospital for the next 45 days.  He has injuries to his hand and leg.  The battery burned completely through his underpants, which now requires multiple skin grafts.
