Attorney Katherine Bucklin Stearns began her legal career in Massachusetts, assisting
corporate clients with Employee Benefit Law. Attorney Bucklin returned to New
Hampshire in 1993. Early years practicing law in New Hampshire found Attorney
Bucklin practicing in the areas of Family Law, Probate Estate Administration, and Life &
Estate Planning. For 31 years, Attorney Bucklin has had a successful practice here in
New Hampshire, assisting clients with professionalism and common sense.
Attorney Bucklin received her undergraduate degree from the University of New
Hampshire, Durham, NH, and attended New England School of Law’s evening juris
doctorate program while working full-time as a paralegal. Attorney Bucklin represents
clients in Probate Estate Administration, Life & Estate Planning, Family Law,
Attorney Bucklin is a trained Mediator and assists many New Hampshire residents in
resolving disputes without the need for costly litigation. Attorney Bucklin completed
forty hours of mediation training with MWI in Boston, Massachusetts, in 2018.
