The class action case is growing at McGrath Law Firm.  As of 6/22 there are 55 people complaining of the negligence of Exeter Hospital Hepatitis C outbreak.  6 people are positive for the Hep C virus.  Some are still waiting for their results. Some have tested negative and need to retest in 6 months.
During a news conference held by Attorney McGrath on Thursday, June 22, 2012, Rockingham County resident John Doe No. 1 expressed his shock and anger at Exeter Hospital’s negligence and allowing this to happen to himself and other people.  He trusted them with his care when he was in need of treatment due to a heart attack.  Recently he was told he was recovering nicely from his heart attack but he “may” have Hepatitis C and he should be tested. John Doe and his family were dumbfounded.  No one should have this happen to them.
