Attorney Hincks strives to assist clients with these delicate matters with a compassionate, down-to-earth manner.

After college, she spent ten years in the library field, during which she earned a master’s degree in Library and Information Science from Simmons College. Attorney Hincks then worked in fundraising for several years, stewarding funds donated to Dartmouth College, before pursuing her legal education.
Attorney Hincks earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, where she was part of the Daniel Webster Scholars Honors Program, a two-year bar practicum. While attending law school, Attorney Hincks interned with New Hampshire Legal Assistance, the Crisis Center of Central New Hampshire, the Disability Rights Center of New Hampshire, and the health policy advocacy organization New Futures, all located in Concord. She is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in New Hampshire, and is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association.
