Last week NECC owners plead guilty to financial crimes associated with NECC.  New England Compounding Center owners Doug and Carla Conigliaro admitted to hiding a substantial sum of money after the company had declared bankruptcy and following the meningitis outbreak.  McGrath Law Firm’s Attorney Peter G.
